Project Officer – Help Through Crisis (28 hours per week). £31,059pa, pro-rata

· Manage an already well-established support programme for Ealing residents facing hardship, working with partner organisations to deliver the outcomes as agreed with National Lottery Community Fund.

· Working alongside a team of advisors, responsible for the delivery of the project and reporting developments to the Steering Group and Funder

· Lead on effective operational processes including systems and administration. Managing a small team of volunteers and ensuring a safe and positive delivery environment is provided for clients and staff.

The essential requirements: knowledge and understanding of the needs of residents facing hardship, the issues affecting them, factors that lead to hardship and its impact. Excellent project management and communication skills, highly developed interpersonal skills, good initiative, ability to develop ideas and solutions orientated.
