Please tell NHS North West London Collaboration of Clinical Commissioning Groups about your experiences of using the GP weekend and evening service

Following the recent development of the GP weekend and evening service, NHS North West London Collaboration of Clinical Commissioning Groups would like your help to find out:

1.    whether you have used the service

2.    what you think of the service

3.    how you think the service could be improved

They would like to talk to patients in:

o   GP surgeries,

o   Emergency departments

o   Urgent care centres.

They also intend to visit a number of community groups to ensure that they reach the diverse range of their patient population.

Their preferred approach is face-to-face, so people have the opportunity to ask other questions if they wish to. They are also happy to hand out the survey with a stamped addressed envelope, for people to complete and return in their own time.  The survey is also accessible as an online link on

The timescale for this survey is approximately 3 months, starting from May 16 to August 10, 2018.

The results of the survey will help them to understand what people think is good about the service or what improvements are needed.

It should only take about 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire. You can do this on your own or with help from a friend or family member.  They are really interested in hearing from you, even if have not used the service, or even if have not heard about GP weekend and evening service.  All answers are completely confidential.

If you would like any more information about this survey, you can email
