GROWING WELLBEING COURSE IN 2019
Season’s Greetings from all at Mindfood!
With Christmas and New Year fast approaching, the time for making resolutions to be happier and healthier is upon us all too. So, with this in mind, have a look at the next free 6-session Growing Wellbeing courses. As ever, signing up is easy - anyone interested simply needs to email firstname.lastname@example.org or call Lucy Clark on 07720 092954 and she will take you through the registration process.
The new dates are as follows:
15th January for 6 Tuesday afternoons from 1 to 3.30pm at Horsenden Hill Farm near Perivale tube
25th January for 6 Friday afternoons from 1 to 3.30pm at Cleveley Crescent Allotments near Hanger Lane tube
The 6th session for both courses is a free visit to Kew Gardens, and participants get to take home fresh veg they’ve helped to grow. And if participants are keen to carry on gardening at the end of the 6 weeks they are welcome to join the longer term Plot to Plate programme, where there is more emphasis on food-growing and site development, but with on-going wellbeing mentoring available if required.
