  • High Tea - Friday 29th September 3pm – 5pm, King’s Cross We’re bringing people together to mark International Older People’s Day with a classic afternoon tea.
  • Treatment Update - Tuesday 3rd October 2pm – 4pm, King’s Cross Get thhe latest anti-retroviral treatment (ART) information and updates from Gus Cairns from Aidsmap.
  • Cinema Club - Wednesday 4th October 13.30pm,  Regent Street Cinema Join us for an afternoon of Silver Surfing watching  the Audrey Hepburn classic “Sabrina”.
  • Tai Chi Class - Starting from Monday 9th October for 7 Mondays  6.30pm – 8.30pm, King’s Cross Our experienced teacher Heron will explore Tai Chi and related arts with us.  Beginners welcome.
  • Tea and Talk - Tuesday 10th October 3pm – 5pm, King’s Cross Its Mental Health Awareness Day and we're exploring how talking about things can be good for your mental health with some fun activities.
  • Men’s Health -  Starting from Friday 10th November for 4 Fridays  6.00pm – 8.30pm, King’s Cross Exploring HIV and ageing, health conditions that come with ageing and how best to maintain your own wellbeing.
