Catalyst are currently seeking an innovative and engaging Digital Inclusion Co-Ordinator to join their well established but highly ambitious organisation. 

As Digital Inclusion Co-Ordinator you will ensure customers that do not have (or have limited) digital skills or access to a device to carry out basic activity online are identified and offered support. You will create and deliver digital inclusion projects- engaging effectively with individuals, groups and partner organisations helping to reach our goal of having 80% of customers communicating with Catalyst online by 2020. You will recruit, train, support and motivate volunteers to become ‘Digital Champions’ and will maintain robust reporting records for all support and advice provided to customers.

The role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
